Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Add the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (180 g)

Baking Powder (4 g)
,
Coconut Sugar (55 g)
,
Ground Cinnamon (3 g)
, and
Slivered Almonds (55 g)
in a bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add the
Oat Milk (480 mL)
,
Egg (1)
,
Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
, and
Maple Syrup (30 mL)
.
Step 4
Mix the
Coconut Sugar (30 g)
and
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (20 g)
together for the crispy topping in a small bowl and leave to the side.
Step 5
Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir together (the mixture will seem on the wet side). Add
Fresh Mixed Berries (260 g)
and gently stir.
Step 6
Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle the crispy topping evenly over the top.
Step 7
Place into the oven and bake for 40 minutes. This is until the top is browned and crispy and a toothpick goes in and out clean.
Step 8
Scoop onto plates or into bowls. Serve plain, top with whipped cream, or pour some milk over it.
