Author's Notes

To make this a spicy mezcal margarita, mezcal is a must. If you’re not a fan of mezcal you can definitely use tequila.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add the Lime Juice (1) , Agave Syrup (15 g) , and 2 slices of Jalapeño Pepper (1) into a cocktail shaker or mason jar.
Step 2
Muddle the jalapeños gently.
Step 3
Add ice, the Carrot Juice (55 g) , and White Mezcal (55 g) . Shake for 15 seconds.
Step 4
Strain into a glass with ice.
Step 5
Garnish with leftover jalapeño slices and Baby Carrots (to taste) .
