Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line the tray with foil.
Step 2
Take the
Cauliflower (1 head)
and cut out the bottom stalk, removing the leaves as well. Place it on the tray and evenly season it with
Curry Powder (15 g)
,
Salt (10 g)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (3 g)
.
Step 3
Pour
Olive Oil (50 mL)
. Using your hands, work the oil all into the cauliflower. Cover it with more foil so that it steams.
Step 4
Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove the foil and roast it for another 30 minutes so that the top gets a little crisp.
Step 6
Slice it and serve immediately with your main course. Enjoy!
