Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Sift Powdered Confectioners Sugar (15 g) into a small bowl and set aside.
Step 3
In a small blender or coffee/spice grinder, blend the Frozen Strawberries (55 g) until fine. Sift about 1 Tbsp of the strawberry powder into the powdered sugar bowl.
Step 4
Add the rest of the strawberry powder into a medium mixing bowl along with All-Purpose Flour (125 g) , Baking Powder (2 g) , Salt (2 g) , and Ground Cardamom (as needed) . Whisk until well combined. Set aside.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, cream the Unsalted Butter (50 g) and Granulated Sugar (100 g) until well combined, about 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Add Heavy Cream (45 mL) and Clear Imitation Vanilla Extract (2 mL) and mix for 1 minute.
Step 7
Add the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Roll 1 1/2 Tbsp of dough into balls and place the dough balls 2-inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes.
Step 9
Cool on the tray for 10 minutes. Dust each cookie with the strawberry powdered sugar mixture. Feel free to use a stencil to make pretty designs!
