Step 1
Put the
Lemongrass (4 stalks)
in a food processor or blender. Add
Ground Coriander (as needed)

. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the marinade over the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (8)
and gently massage it into the meat.
Step 3
Put a plastic wrap over the chicken and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
Step 4
Grill or pan-fry the chicken. It should only take about 2 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Now it’s time to assemble the burger! Place the grilled satay chicken on the bottom
