Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Split the Pork Baby Back Ribs (1 rack) into two halves.
Step 2
Season each side with Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and McCormick® Garlic Powder (to taste) . Cover all sides with lots of Rib Dry Rub (to taste) .
Step 3
Baste all sides of the ribs liberally with the Sweet BBQ Sauce (510 g) .
Step 4
Place slow cooker liner in to crockpot.
Step 5
Place the ribs into the crockpot; bone side down.
Step 6
Cover the ribs with more BBQ sauce. Don't forget to save some sauce for dipping! Cover the crockpot.
Step 7
Cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
Step 8
Preheat broiler at highest heat setting.
Step 9
Remove ribs from the crockpot very carefully, they will want to fall apart so use two spatulas.
Step 10
Baste a little bit more BBQ sauce on the top of the ribs.
Step 11
Broil ribs for about 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn't burn.
