Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Put
Bacon (10 slices)
in a large ziplog bag one at a time.
Step 3
Add
Brown Sugar (40 g)
. Toss to coat.
Step 4
Lay out bacon strips on parchment paper on baking sheet.
Step 5
Sprinkle a bit of
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
on the top of each slice of bacon.
Step 6
Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, keep checking so it doesn't burn.
Step 7
Let it cool for about 15 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!
