Step 1
Cut the
Mango (1)
and
Peaches (2)
into large chunks; put in a blender or food processor to puree.
Step 2
Mix the purée,
Heavy Cream (180 mL)
, and
Granulated Sugar (150 g)
in a large bowl.
Step 3
Put mixture in ice cream maker.
Step 4
After removing from ice cream maker, let it sit in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Step 5
Garnish with
Fresh Mint (to taste)
when serving.
