Author's Notes

Peel your orange with your speed peeler. Take your bottle lid/cap (ideally a screw top) and press into the peel to cut a neat perfect coin. Impress your house guests with this perfect garnish.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Oxley Gin (1.3 fl oz) , Orange Bitters (2 dashes) , MARTINI Extra Dry (0.7 fl oz) , and Crème de Cassis (0.3 fl oz) into a frozen mixing glass.
Step 2
Add good ice to the mixing glass and stir the drink for 35-45 seconds as we are using a frozen spirit.
Step 3
Strain the cocktail into a frozen glass and garnish with your Orange (1) coin by expressing the oils over the drink and placing it in after.
