Step 1

Gather ingredients and tools. Set aside a single slice of Jalapeño Pepper (1) .

Step 2

Pour Oxley Gin (2 fl oz) and MARTINI Bianco (0.8 fl oz) into a mixing glass.

Step 3

Fill the mixing glass with Ice (as needed) and stir. Using a julep or Hawthorne strainer, pour contents into your cocktail glass.

Step 4

Garnish with a slice of jalapeño. It's subtle, every sip will evolve.
