Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Line a sheet tray with a silicone mat. Combine the
Cashew Nuts (125 g)

Olive Oil (30 mL)

Grated Parmesan Cheese (6 g)

Dried Parsley (as needed)
,
Dried Basil (as needed)
and
Dried Tarragon (as needed)
in a bowl and stir it all together well to make sure the cashews are coated.
Step 3
Spread the coated cashews out in a single layer on the sheet tray and roast them for about 10 minutes. Serve them immediately for a yummy snack!
