Step 1
Combine the Fresh Strawberries (455 g) , Fresh Blueberries (300 g) , and Fresh Basil (5 g) in a large bowl and give them a good stir.
Step 2
Then whisk the zest and juice of the Lemon (1) , Granulated Sugar (65 g) , Dry Mustard (as needed) , and Salt (2 g) together in another bowl. While you keep whisking, slowly pour in the Canola Oil (120 mL) and continue to whisk until it is a thick dressing.
Step 3
Lastly whisk in the Poppy Seeds (1 g) . Coat the berries and basil in the dressing. Chill for a couple of hours or overnight, serve and enjoy!
