Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a sheet tray with aluminum foil.

Get a loaf pan, and combine the
Ground Beef (905 g)
,
Seasoned Breadcrumbs (60 g)
,
Onion Soup and Dip Mix (1 packet)
,
Eggs (2)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (1 pinch)
,
Salt (1 pinch)
, and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
in a bowl and use your clean hands to thoroughly mix it together. Press the mixture firmly into the loaf pan and put the full loaf pan on the sheet tray.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix the
Ketchup (60 g)
,
Dark Brown Sugar (40 g)
,
Dry Mustard (2 g)
, and
Ground Nutmeg (as needed)
together into a thick glaze.
Step 4
Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf and bake it for an hour and a half. An hour gets it to just slightly pink in the center. If you would prefer well done, let it go for an extra 15-20 minutes. Let it cool slightly, then serve immediately!
