Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a sheet tray with a silicone mat and grease the mat with the Vegetable Oil (15 mL) .
Step 2
Place the Quick Cooking Oats (240 g) , Raisins (290 g) , Slivered Almonds (110 g) , Pepitas (150 g) , zest and juice from Lemons (5) , Ground Lavender (2 g) , Lavender Extract (2 mL) , and Lavender Infused Honey (255 g) in a large mixing bowl. Stir it all together thoroughly. Turn it out onto the sheet tray and spread it out evenly.
Step 3
Bake the granola for 30 minutes in preheated oven, then turn the oven off and break it all up and stir it. Put it back into the still-warm oven for 2 hours to dry out completely.
Step 4
Store it in an airtight container to use as needed! It will last for at least a week. Enjoy!
