Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Grill Brie Cheese Round (1) over medium heat for about 3 minutes per side.

Carefully transfer Brie to a round cast-iron pan or ovenproof dish. Top with Plum (1) , Shallot (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , and Fresh Thyme (4 sprigs) .

Drizzle the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (30 mL) and Aged Balsamic Vinegar (30 mL) evenly over the top. Season with Coarse Kosher Salt (3 g) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 g) .
