Granola will keep for up to a week, stored in a sealed container, at room temperature.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (225 g) , Almonds (150 g) , Walnuts (125 g) , Pepitas (50 g) , Sesame Seeds (30 g) , and Kosher Salt (6 g) .
Step 3
Add the Olive Oil (80 mL) and mix until the ingredients are well-coated.
Step 4
Then, add the Honey (115 g) and mix again.
Step 5
Bake for 50 minutes, tossing once halfway through until the oats are golden brown.
Step 6
Add the Dried Fruit Mix (160 g) , toss, and spread the granola into an even layer, packing it down with a spatula or wooden spoon. Sprinkle lightly with kosher salt and set aside until completely cool.
Step 7
Break the granola into pieces, then transfer it to an airtight container, being careful not to break up the clumps.
