Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Fresh Dill (15 g) , Scallions (1 bunch) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Kosher Salt (6 g) , Ground Black Pepper (1 g) , Lemon Zest (1) , 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice, and White Wine (15 mL) in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until the mixture is finely chopped.
Step 2
Add Plain Greek Yogurt (480 g) and Mayonnaise (75 g) and pulse for 10 to 15 seconds, until smooth. Taste for seasonings, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy!
