Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Spray an air fryer basket with Non-Stick Baking Spray (as needed) .
Step 2
In a tray, combine the All-Purpose Flour (60 g) and Fine Ground Cornmeal (110 g) with Salt (6 g) , Ground Black Pepper (1 g) , Smoked Paprika (2 g) , and McCormick® Garlic Powder (3 g) .
Step 3
Toss the Okra (455 g) in a bowl with Eggs (4) .
Step 4
Then, toss in the flour cornmeal mixture. Repeat this process to double coat the okra.
Step 5
Place okra on the air fryer tray in a single layer. Spray the top with Non-Stick Baking Spray (as needed) . Cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Take the basket out, spray with Non-Stick Baking Spray (as needed) again, and shake the basket. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Repeat with the second batch if needed.
Step 7
Serve warm with Ranch Dressing (to taste) .
