Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Place a silicone baking mat, such as Silpat, on a cookie sheet.

Finely chop the
Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs)

Grate the
Parmesan Cheese (90 g)

Step 5
Scoop a tablespoon of grated parmesan onto the baking mat and arrange in a circle. Repeat with the remaining parmesan, leaving 1-inch between the circles.
Step 6
Slide the cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 4 minutes, or until crisp and golden. Transfer the crisps to a paper towel lined plate to cool and crisp up.
Step 7
Toss the
Grapes (1 bunch)

Olive Oil (15 mL)

Salt (to taste)
, and the rosemary. Place them on a cookie sheet, and roast for 30-45 minutes.

Arrange 2-3 cooled grapes on each crisp and drizzle with a bit of
Honey (15 g)
. Serve and enjoy!
