Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, very roughly combine the
Ground Turkey (680 g)

Worcestershire Sauce (30 mL)

Dijon Mustard (25 g)

Ground Black Pepper (2 g)
. Then add in the
Butter (30 g)
and evenly mix, and form 4 flat patties with your hands. The patties are on the stickier side so try to use gloves or coat your hands with oil to help.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL)
. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. The butter will come out as the patties are getting cooked, braise the patties with the oil for extra rich flavors.
Step 3
While the burger is cooking, make the chili lime mayo. In a small mixing bowl, mix the
Mayonnaise (170 g)
,
Honey (7 g)
,
Chipotle Chili Powder (1 g)
,
Lime Juice and Zest (1/2)
,
Garlic (1 clove)
, and
Salt (2 g)
until well combined. Set aside and prepare the Bloody Mary.
Step 4
Build
GREY GOOSE® Vodka (235 mL)
,
Tomato Juice (355 mL)
,
Lemon Juice (4)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (10 dashes)
,
Hot Sauce (12 dashes)
,
Fleur de Sel (4 pinches)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (4 pinches)
in a Boston glass.
Step 5
Top with cubed ice and roll the cocktail by pouring it back and fourth between Boston glass and tin.
Step 6
Strain into a highball glass and garnish with fresh cut
Celery (4 ribs)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and sprigs of aromatic
Fresh Herbs (4 bunches)

Step 7
Assemble the burgers in the
Hamburger Buns (4)
with
Butter Lettuce (to taste)
