Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Wash and dry the
Kale (200 g)
and tear it into large pieces.

Place the dried kale in a bowl and toss to coat with
Olive Oil (30 mL)
. Spread it out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake until crispy but not burnt, 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, combine the
Sea Salt (3 g)

Smoked Paprika (as needed)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (as needed)
,
Onion Powder (as needed)
, and the
Ground Black Pepper (as needed)
in a small bowl.
Step 6
Sprinkle the seasoning over the kale chips. Toss gently with your hands to coat the chips.
