Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat the Olive Oil (5 mL) in a large, non-stick frying pan, add the Firm Tofu (150 g) and fry for 5-7 minutes, turning frequently, until it turns golden in colour.
Step 2
Add a pinch of Salt (1 pinch) to the tofu and toss gently for 1 minute, then set aside.
