Step 1
Stir together
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (220 g)

Heavy Cream (120 mL)
and
Vanilla Extract (10 mL)
in a bowl.
Step 2
Whisk together
Pancake Mix (130 g)
and
Yellow Cake Mix (115 g)
. Add
Eggs (2)
) and
Milk (240 mL)
. Stir until just combined. Fold in the
Sprinkles (35 g)
.
Step 3
Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto a lightly greased, preheated griddle or nonstick frying pan. Swirl batter around to make it round, if needed. Repeat a several more times until you have no more room on the griddle or frying pan.
Step 4
When you see little bubbles form, flip the pancakes (about a minute). Fry the other side of the pancakes for 30-60 seconds or until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve pancakes with vanilla glaze,
Sprinkles (to taste)

Whipped Topping (to taste)
, and
Cherries (to taste)
