Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Place Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese (225 g) , Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (120 g) , Light Mayonnaise (115 g) and Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix (30 g) in a large bowl. With an electric mixer, beat on medium until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Step 3
Remove Pillsbury™ Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls (455 g) from the cans and roll out in one big piece onto a large, greased cookie sheet. Pinch seams together, if needed. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
Step 4
Spread cream cheese onto cooled crust.
Step 5
Top with Broccoli (90 g) , Red Bell Peppers (150 g) , Scallions (1 bunch) , and Cheddar Cheese (180 g) .
Step 6
Use a pizza cutter or large knife to cut into squares.
Step 7
Serve immediately or store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 3 or 4 days.
