Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Dissolve Active Dry Yeast (6 g) in Water (240 mL) . Stir in Olive Oil (30 mL) , Salt (6 g) , and Whole Wheat Flour (240 g) , Ground Flaxseed (80 g) .
Step 3
Beat vigorously 20 strokes, then knead about 20 times. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pre-bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Step 5
Take the crust out and add the Alfredo Sauce (425 g) and Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) .
Step 6
Now add any toppings you want, like Tomatoes (to taste) , Mushrooms (to taste) , Onions (to taste) , Bell Peppers (to taste) , Fresh Parsley (to taste) , Italian Seasoning (to taste) , and Fresh Basil (to taste) .
Step 7
Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through and all toppings hot and melted.
