Step 1
Rinse

and pat it dry with paper towels. Place them in the waterless pot of a Fusion Cooker. Add

Cover with the glass lid. Select "Cook" mode, level 3 and set the timer for 2 1/2 hours or until the beef is tender.

Transfer beef to a shallow container and shred the beef with two forks.
