Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, stir Butter (120 g) to light. Add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (90 g) and mix well. Add Egg (1) Yolk and mix well again.
Step 2
Sieve in All-Purpose Flour (150 g) , Corn Flour (15 g) , Vanilla Powder (1 g) and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (30 g) , add Almond Meal (45 g) , fold well with a rubber spatula.
Step 3
Lastly add in Walnuts (50 g) and mix well to form a soft dough.
Step 4
Roll the dough into small balls - put on plastic gloves, about 10-12 gram each and place on a lined baking tray.
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven at 340 degrees F (170 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Cool down the cookies completely and dust some icing sugar over them.
