Step 1
Divide the
80/20 Lean Ground Beef (680 g)
into four 6 oz. portions. Cuff patties in hand and loosely form patties.
Step 2
Using your thumb, create an indent in the center of each patty.
Step 3
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes. This makes perfect time to get your desired toppings ready!
Step 4
Fire up the grill to medium high heat.
Step 5
Brush each patty with
Olive Oil (as needed)
then generously season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 6
Once the grill is hot, place each burger on the grill and LEAVE THEM ALONE! After 3-4 minutes on the grill, flip over once.
Step 7
Flip burger. After one minute on the opposite side, top with
Cheese (4 slices)
. Grill another 2-3 minutes for medium.
Step 8
Allow to rest a few minutes before placing on the
Hamburger Buns (4)
. Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
