Step 1
Steam the Sweet Potatoes (1.4 L) until fully cooked, about 20-25 minutes. Place cooked potatoes in a large bowl and mash. Set aside to cool down.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Unsalted Butter (110 g) , Granulated Sugar (50 g) , Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) , Pure Vanilla Extract (5 mL) , and Whole Milk (80 mL) . Stir well, then fold in the cooled sweet potatoes. Place mixture in a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
