Step 1
Pour
Whipping Cream (480 mL)
into a bowl. Whip it well until it becomes semi-soft peaks.
Step 2
Add
Butterscotch Extract (5 mL)
and
Yellow Food Coloring (3 drops)
. Beat it well and put it into the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Step 3
Next, add
Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
and
Milk (240 mL)
. Beat well until combined.
Step 4
Take out the semi-frozen mixture and add
Praline Nuts (50 g)
. Combine well and pour it on a tray. Sprinkle some more nuts on top and freeze it for another 6-8 hours.
Step 5
Scoop and serve with some butterscotch sauce or praline nuts on top
