Step 1
To make the toasted sesame syrup, lightly toast the
Sesame Seeds (2 Tbsp)
over medium heat. Add
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
to the
Water (1 cup)
and heat. Once incorporated, add the toasted sesame seeds and simmer together for 10 minutes.
Step 2
After 10 minutes, strain and let cool before using.
Step 3
To make the coconut syrup, mix together the
Coconut Milk (1 fl oz)
and
Cream of Coconut (1 fl oz)
then reserve.
Step 4
Combine the
BACARDÍ® Añejo Cuatro Rum (1 fl oz)
,
BACARDÍ® Banana Rum (0.5 fl oz)
,
Pineapple Juice (1 fl oz)
, 1.5 oz Coconut Syrup, and 0.5 oz Toasted Sesame Syrup in a shaker. Use a handful of crushed ice to whip shake.
Step 5
Pour into glass and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a wheel of
Orange (1)
