Step 1

In a mason jar add GREY GOOSE® Vodka (2 fl oz) and Butterfly Pea Extract (0.1 fl oz) .

Step 2

Once the infusion is complete, strain out the vodka through a coffee filter or cheese cloth.

Step 3

Measure out your infused grey goose and add it to a mixing tin with the juice from Lemon (1) , Simple Syrup (0.8 fl oz) , and hand-clapped Fresh Mint Leaves (6) .

Step 4

Fill the tin with Ice (as needed) and shake vigorously to dilute and chill.

Step 5

Double strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over fresh Ice (as needed) .

Step 6

Garnish with a Fresh Mint (1 sprig) and Dehydrated Lime Wheel (1) .
