Step 1
Add BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1 fl oz) , MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter (1 fl oz) , Grapefruit Juice (1.5 fl oz) , juice from Lemon (1) and Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz) to a shaker.
Step 2
Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
Step 3
Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice and top with Soda Water (as needed) .
Step 4
Garnish with a wheel of Orange (1) . Enjoy!
