Add BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1 fl oz) , Lemon Juice (1) , and Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz) into a shaker tin and shake with Ice (as needed) .
Step 2
Strain into a champagne flute and top with MARTINI Prosecco (3 fl oz) .
Step 3
Garnish with a twisted lemon peel and serve.
