Step 1
Steam
Pumpkins (230 g)
until very soft, then drain.
Step 2
Place pumpkin,
Banana (1)

Green Apple (1)

Salt and Sugar-Free Peanut Butter (40 g)

Coconut Milk (240 mL)
in a blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water if you feel it is too thick.
Step 3
Pour into two glasses or jars, and dust with
Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
and enjoy!
