Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Cut the
Sugar Pumpkin (1)
in half and scrape out the seeds using a spoon. Cut the pumpkin into slices about 1-inch thick using a sharp knife.

Transfer the slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the pumpkin with
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (30 mL)
and rub it on both sides.
