Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
Step 2
Add Garlic (30 cloves) and Fresh Thyme (10 sprigs) to a shallow baking dish. Pour the Olive Oil (300 mL) over to cover the garlic. Bring to the preheated oven and bake for about 45-60 minutes or until the garlic is very tender.
Step 3
Smear the garlic on top of your Country White Bread (to taste) . Then sprinkle with Salt (to taste) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste) . Serve.
