Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), and arrange a rack in the middle. Place
Honey (20 g)

Vegetable Oil (15 mL)

Vanilla Extract (2 mL)
in a small bowl, and stir to combine. Pour over the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (90 g)
and mix until coated.
Step 2
Sprinkle the oats with
Brown Sugar (15 g)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1 g)
, and
Salt (as needed)
. Stir to combine. Make sure oats are coated evenly.
Step 3
Spread mixture in a thin, even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, then sitr.
Step 4
Bake until light golden brown, 5-15 minutes more.
Step 5
Let cool for 20 minutes, and then store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
