Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Spray a large loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. You’ll want to place some parchment paper in the loaf pan that over hangs by two inches so it’s easier to pull out the bread.
Step 3
Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (175 g) in the microwave or a double boiler. Make sure not to burn the chocolate.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine Sweetened Condensed Milk (100 g) , Evaporated Milk (80 mL) , Heavy Cream (30 mL) , Rum (1 splash) and Graham Crackers (10 g) .
Step 5
Take the Pizza Dough (1) and roll out into a 12 x 20 inch rectangle. Pour the melted chocolate all over the pizza.
Step 6
Spoon the milk mixture over the melted chocolate. You will not use all of the milk mixture. If it runs off the chocolate a little that's okay. Sprinkle the top with the Mozzarella Cheese (40 g) .
Step 7
Cut the rectangle into 5 equal sized strips. Put the strips on top of each other and cut into five or six stacks.
Step 8
Place stacks against each other in the loaf pan.
Step 9
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 10
Then pour Butter (15 g) the top and bake for another 30 minutes.
Step 11
To make the icing, in a bowl, whisk Milk (45 mL) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (220 g) , Vanilla Extract (5 mL) and a splash of rum.
Step 12
Remove from oven and then pour icing over the top before serving. Enjoy!
