Combine All-Purpose Flour (200 g) , Baking Powder (7 g) , Garlic Salt (10 g) , Paprika (5 g) , Ground Ginger (2 g) , Onion Powder (2 g) , Granulated Sugar (4 g) , Dried Oregano (as needed) , Dried Marjoram (as needed) , Dried Thyme (as needed) , Dried Sage (as needed) , Ground Allspice (as needed) , Ground Black Pepper (2 g) , Salt (6 g) , and Chili Powder (3 g) in a mixing bowl, then mix well.
Step 2
Place 80 grams of the spice mixture into a separate bowl, then add Unsweetened Soy Milk (200 mL) and Nutritional Yeast (3 g) . Whisk gently until you get a smooth batter. You should now have one bowl of wet ingredients and one bowl of dry ingredients.
