Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a sheet tray with a silicone mat so that the granola doesn't stick too badly. Lightly grease the mat with
Olive Oil (as needed)

Combine the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (270 g)

Chopped Pecans (165 g)
,
Raisins (215 g)
,
Shelled Sunflower Seeds (190 g)
,
Ground Cinnamon (5 g)
,
Salt (1 pinch)
,
Maple Syrup (180 mL)
, and
Water (180 mL)
in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until combined.
Step 3
Spread the mixture out into a thin single layer on the prepared sheet tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
After baking, remove the tray and turn off the oven.
Step 5
Break the granola up and toss it well, then put the tray back into the oven to dry out completely for 2 hours.
Step 6
When dry, transfer the granola into sealable containers.
