Step 1
Flip a baking sheet upside down and put it in the oven. Turn the oven on to its highest temperature and preheat it for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Flatten your
Pizza Dough (340 g)
into a roundish shape by hand and continue with rolling pin.
Step 3
Put a piece of parchment paper on the cutting board and spray it with oil. Put the flattened pizza dough on top of the oiled parchment paper.
Step 4
Add the
Tomato Sauce (240 g)

Tomato (1)
,
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (170 g)
, and any additional herbs to the top of the dough, if desired.
Step 5
Use the cutting board to transfer the pizza and parchment gently onto the hot baking sheet in the oven. Carefully use an oven mitt to pull a side of the parchment paper with the pizza out of the oven and onto the cutting board you used before.
Step 6
Bake pizza for around 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted and the crust has turned golden brown. Add some
Fresh Basil (to taste)
before serving.
