Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Saute Onion (1) in Sesame Oil (15 mL) in a pan or wok on medium high heat until translucent, then add Garlic (3 cloves) and saute for ten seconds and add Frozen Peas and Carrots (300 g) . Stir fry until vegetables start getting tender.
Step 2
Push vegetables to the side of the pan and add the Egg (1) . Scramble it quickly and then mix everything together.
Step 3
Add cooked White Rice (30 g) and Turkey Breasts (2 slices) .
Step 4
Add Oyster Sauce (30 mL) , Soy Sauce (15 mL) and Chicken Bouillon Powder (to taste) .
Step 5
Stir fry for a few minutes until everything comes together and rice starts to brown then remove from heat.
