Step 1
Pour the
Olive Oil (60 mL)
in a large pan and add the large
Garlic (1 clove)
and
Red Chili Peppers (3 g)
. Place the pan over medium heat and gently fry the garlic and chili for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Pour in the
Whole Peeled Tomatoes (1 can)
, mash them up a little, and cook them in the hot oil for 7 minutes.
Step 3
Add
Canned Tuna (1 can)
together with the
Capers (15 g)
.
Step 4
Stir the sauce well and break up the biggest tuna lumps. Cook for another 2 minutes. Check the seasoning and add
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
if necessary. Stir in the
Fresh Parsley (1 handful)
. Add the
Pasta (300 g)
and stir.
Step 5
Scoop the pasta and tuna sauce onto deep plates. Sprinkle with extra fresh parsley serve.
