Step 1
Put the
Heavy Cream (120 mL)
in either a bowl and whip with a whisk (electric or otherwise) or you can put it in the blender. Whip until soft peaks and then add
Granulated Sugar (2 g)

Step 2
Take your
Orange (1)
and peel off a couple long strips of zest. Lightly "burn" them with a lighter. This will help the oils come out and will flavor the coffee later.
Step 3
Pour the
Brandy (15 mL)
,
Grand Marnier (15 mL)
, and
Kahlua (15 mL)
in a mug.
Step 4
Add the
Coffee (150 mL)
.
Step 5
Stir with the Orange Peels.
Step 6
Spoon some whipped cream on top and enjoy right away!
