Step 1
Prepare the Salted Duck Eggs (3) .

Place eggs and and Pork Floss (30 g) into two separate bowls.
Step 3
Wash Glutinous Rice (350 g) , soak for at least 1 hour in warm water.
Step 4
Put Light Soy Sauce (50 g) , Dark Soy Sauce (20 g) , Granulated Sugar (20 g) and Salt (6 g) in rice and mix until combined.
Step 5
Wash the Palm Leaves (10) .
Step 6
Soak the palm leaves in boiling water to until soft.
Step 7
First, wrap each palm leaf into a cone safe and add in the rice.
Step 8
Then put into the salted egg and meat floss.
Step 9
Finally filled with glutinous rice again, but do not fill the leaf to the top. With the palm leaf facing down on a flat surface, wrap the dumplings with a cotton line.
Step 10
Add cold water to a pot and cook for 45 minutes.
Step 11
Remove the dumplings from the pot.
Step 12
Unwrap, serve and enjoy!
