Step 1
To prepare your glasses, rim the outside of the glasses with a slice of
Limes (2 slices)
. Pour some kosher salt on a plate and press the rim of a glass into the salt to rim the edge and put in the fridge for later use.
Step 2
Puree
Pineapples (250 g)
and strain.
Step 3
Blend
Red Apples (2)
together with about 50ml of the
Cranberry Juice (150 mL)
, then strain and mix with the 100ml remaining cranberry juice.
Step 4
Take out the frosted glasses from the fridge and fill 3-4 ice cubes into it.
Step 5
Add
Dark Rum (30 mL)
into pineapple juice, stir well and pour equally into the glasses and top up with balanced red apple juice, then serve.
