Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Combine Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (5 g) and Caster Sugar (50 g) together in a pot. Add in the Water (60 mL) into it and stir well.
Step 2
Gradually pour in Milk (550 mL) and Vanilla Extract (5 mL) , stir well again. Under medium heat, bring milk mixture to a boil.
Step 3
Soak the Gelatin Sheets (4) into cold water for a few seconds, squeeze out excess water and drop into milk mixture, stir till gelatin melted. Turn off heat and stir in Nutella® (35 g) , stir well again till melted.
Step 4
Strain chocolate liquid mixture and pour into serving cups. Chill pudding for at least two to three hours till set.
