Powdered Confectioners Sugar , sifted

Gelatin Powder
mix with 2 Tbsp water and let soak for 2 minutess to bloom the gelatin

Step 2
Crush Digestive Biscuits (80 g) coarsely and mix well with Butter (40 g) . Add little more butter if you find the crumbly biscuits are too dry.
