Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat up the wok with Oil (as needed) . Stir fry Red Onions (100 g) and Whole Garlic (3 bulbs) to aromatic, followed by Dried Chili Peppers (5 g) .
Step 2
Add Chinese Mustard Greens (1 kg) and continue to fry till soft. Then pour in Fresh Ginger (20 g) , Aniseeds (2) , Daikon Radishes (250 g) , and Roast Duck (800 g) .
Step 3
Add enough Water (to taste) to cover up the roast duck and vegetables. Bring to boil and add Brown Sugar (15 g) and Salt (6 g) .
Step 4
Cover with a lid and simmer at low heat for 1 hour or until Chinese mustard softens.
